The Men’s Hairdressing Federation (MHFed) is backing tomorrow’s barbering talent by sponsoring the Apprentice of the Year award at 2015’s Barber Connect.
MHFed & Young Feds will be present at the UK’s barbering-only exhibition taking place at the Celtic Manor Resort, Newport on 28 June. Working on the main stage, the team will showcase techniques and skills to the audience of UK barbers who attend Barbers Connect to network and share their knowledge.
The awards salute the best creative talent and male grooming products with categories including Barber of the Year with a £3000 cash prize and Apprentice/Student of the Year with a £1000 spend on BarberBlades.co.uk being offered to the lucky winners.
Adam Sloan, founder of the MHFed commented: “Barber Connect is such a great event and we feel privileged to be sponsoring an award associated with it. We’re looking forward to seeing what some of the best talents in men’s barbering will be bringing to the chairs this year.”
Tickets for Barber Connect are now available from Barberblades.co.uk
