Lava Angels have been busy spreading their Lava Love at glittering events offering backstage massages to the VIPs at the MTV Awards, the Capital FM Summertime and Jingle Bell Balls and have even worked their heavenly magic with Lava Shell massages on the artists in the X-Factor Contestants House for the second year running.
The Lava Angels concept began in 2014 and the Angels have been warming up celebrities at numerous celebrity events with the hottest and most in demand massage treatment; Lava Shells, the most wanted VIP route to relaxation!
In 2017 the demand from celebrities and media guests to experience Lava Shells VIP treatments was overwhelming and Clare Anderson, Managing Director of Shared Beauty Secrets, is now looking for experienced, professional Lava Shell therapists and salon businesses across the country to join the team and carry out massage treatments at celebrity and corporate events, whilst promoting themselves and their business using the SBS brand image, contacts and celebrity endorsements.
“We have become the ‘go to’ company for celebrity events, backstage massage and corporate wellbeing and have attended some fantastic and high profile events,” said Clare. “We receive such great feedback from celebrities and artists themselves and the knock-on effect is huge. Hundreds of celebrities and VIPs have enjoyed Lava Shell massages but the demand is such that we are now looking for ‘business-savvy’ owners to join us at these events.
For the third year running, Shared Beauty Secrets operated their Backstage Spa at the Fusion Festival and Lava Angels gave a little TLC to the performing artists keeping them relaxed before and after performances. Nicola and Sharon, of Urban Calm in Liverpool, were given the opportunity to join the Shared Beauty Secrets Lava Angels team at the event.
“Being approached by Clare to support at Fusion Festival was an amazing opportunity for Urban Calm who got to massage many high-profile artists, meet and network with bloggers and other VIPs,” said Nicola. “Not only did we get to massage these influential people and see them share their experience on social media we also gave out vouchers encouraging traffic back into our stores. Urban Calm would never have been on the radar of Fusion’s organisers so it was an opportunity we could only dream of getting involved with.”
Feedback from artists and celebrities has helped raise consumer awareness of Lava Shells, Molten Lava Stones, the new kokolokahi massage and the beautiful kokolokahi Bath and Body Oils range. The recent “best massage ever” tweet from Perrie of Little Mix after her kokolokahi Lava Shell Massage with Lava Angel, Sam, was re-tweeted and liked over 9,000 times in just a few days!
The kokolokahi Bath and Body Oils have also received an enormous amount of praise and support from some of the top journalists and publications as well as high profile spas and celebrities. The kokolokahi products have been shortlisted in The Beauty Awards 2017 with OK! in the “Best New Bath and Shower” category.
2017 has been an exciting year for Lava Angels and there will be a whole host of VIP events in store for 2018 including backstage treatment rooms at festivals and charity days. The Lava Angels will be in attendance and Shared Beauty Secrets will also be expanding the treatment offerings in their Backstage Spa to include facials, manicures, tanning and make up. Clare is seeking professional brands to join her that would like to attend such events and grow their consumer awareness.
If you are looking for an innovative way to expand your business and you are ready to embrace new challenges and experiences, spread your Lava Angel wings and contact Clare about joining the team and supporting Shared Beauty Secrets at celebrity and VIP events – it could be your turn to take centre stage!
