A painterly punch by OPI x Jeremy Scott, NYFW SS15

US nail brand OPI recently partnered with Jeremy Scott to create a painterly look that packed punch for the designer’s recent NYFW SS15 presentation at New York’s Milk Studios.

Lead nail artist Miss Pop worked with the designer’s beachy hippie inspiration to create colourful patterned nails in homage to the collection’s vibrant prints.

Bright shades including That’s Hot! Pink, Life Gave Me Lemons, Can’t Find My Czechbook, Juice Bar Hopping, and A Grape Fit! were applied to models’ nails randomly using a dry brush technique, designed to achieve a look of playing with paint on the nail.

Each model was given a personalised look, and even male models featured one or more of the bright, paint-inspired nails.
