This Sunday, the Royal Albert Hall in London played host to the annual Alternative Hair Show with an international line-up of top talent showcasing their skills and raising £214,000 for charity in the process.
Held as part of Salon International, this year’s show ran with the theme of Equilibrium with international creative teams such as Sanrizz, TIGI, Paul Mitchell and Sassoon taking to the stage to present their interpretations with breath taking results.
The evening started with the International Visionary Award presentation, with finalists from around the world showcasing their creativity on stage, including seven finalists from the UK. Following a spectacular presentation, the award went to Ireland’s Rossa Danagher for Cut and Colour, while Pawel Babicz of Poland took home the title for the Avant Garde category.
