Diary date: HABB’s Women’s Networking Event with Caroline Neville

HABB’s Women’s Networking Event has announcedCaroline Neville, president of Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) as its business expert for the 2015 edition, taking place 22 September.

Neville, who is a highly respected leader in the communications industry and has achieved almost 20 years as CEW president, will be interviewed by past-HABB President and managing director of the Richard Ward Hair & Metrospa, Hellen Ward. With vast experience and expertise within the world of beauty, Neville’s interview will be a must-hear for any beauty industry professional.

In 1992, Neville became one of the founder members of Cosmetic Executive Women (UK) and, in 1996, she was appointed as president of the not-for-profit trade association. CEW UK now has over 1,000 members – executives in the beauty, fragrance, cosmetics and related industries. In 2016, Neville will have been president of CEW for 20 years. During this time she launched Cancer and Careers, CEW’s independent initiative for working women who wish to continue their careers after being diagnosed with cancer. In 2014, Neville led a group of CEW members to No. 11 Downing Street to meet the Chancellor of the Exchequer The Rt. Hon George Osborne MP, in recognition of the 15 billion pounds the beauty industry contributes to the economy and the over 500,000 people employed. Neville is currently a part of the team working to take CEW global, building an international network of opportunities, via an interactive member directory, discussion communities and many more, which can be accessed by all members.
