One of the leading lash and brow suppliers, Lash Factor, have officially rebranded to Lab Factor, and we’ve got all the details in an exclusive interview with the team!


Lash Factor is renowned as the UK’s premium lash and brow supplier. How did the brand grow to gain this recognition?

We pride ourselves on staying at the forefront of the lash and brow industry and delivering an unbeatable service to our shoppers. For us, customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities, and we believe this is a key reason as to why we’ve built our reputation and gained such a wonderful, loyal customer base. We make sure to listen to our customers, which is why we’re always rolling out new products and stocking the latest brands. It’s not easy to find time in the day to research new techniques and products, as well as find a supplier and that’s why we’re here; a one-stop shop for techs to purchase their supplies to save time and stay at the top of their game!


What inspired you to rebrand Lash Factor?

When our CEO, Angelina, started Lash Factor in 2016, she set it up with the intention of selling lash supplies to other lash extension techs. However, seven years later, we’ve not only massively expanded our lash range (incorporating lash lifts), we’ve also fully ventured into brows. So, despite the name Lash Factor, brow techs can purchase everything they need from us! This is why we realised it was time for a change; we love brows just as much as lashes and wanted to reflect this to our customers, so LAB Factor was born (with LAB standing for lash and brow).


For Lash Factor, why was it important to develop and keep up with the latest trends?

We’re constantly thinking about how we can deliver the best service to our customers, which is why we’re always expanding our brand and product range and thinking of other ways that we, as a company, can support lash and brow techs. As well as sourcing new brands, we’re also fortunate enough to also be approached by many! For us, the whole shopping experience is just as important as the brands and products we sell. This is why a rebrand was necessary for us to truly reflect what we’re about. Not only that, but the rebrand comes along with a shiny new website for a better overall user experience (restocking supplies shouldn’t be painful)!


How will the rebrand benefit customers?

Not only will the new website be more user-friendly, thanks to advanced filtering options and more comprehensive brand pages, but we’ve been working on some major perks! Our new customer loyalty programme means our shoppers can earn points on purchases, which can be redeemed on future orders. It’s one of the ways we can reward our customers for their incredible loyalty. We’ll also be rolling out an exclusive affiliate programme for selected lash and brow artists.


Will the rebrand change the products?

Not at all! Another reason for this rebrand was to create more of a distinction between our own brands, Lash Factor and Brow Factor, and the website as a whole. We want it to be fully clear that we’re an online stockist of many, many brands, including our own. Therefore, while our name will be changing from Lash Factor, we’ll very much be keeping (and expanding) the Lash Factor range of products. Not to mention, customers can still expect a whole host of industry-leading brands!


Are there any other exciting developments that are working alongside the rebrand?

Yes! We recently held our first in-person event in Birmingham, The Lash and Brow Event, and we’re keen to hold more events in the future. We also have other exciting plans in the pipeline, but that’s all I can say right now, so watch this space!
