DOMA Academy has announced new course dates for its CPD accredited, award-winning treatment DOMA Lift Ritual.
Recently awarded the Attracta Beauty Award for Excellence in Holistic Facial Treatment 2026, this pioneering facial rejuvenation therapy, created by Facialist Donna Maneva, works to release structural tension in the face, combining deep sculpting, fascial release, lymphatic drainage and sound therapy to restore lift and firmness in one unique treatment.
Donna Maneva has spent over 20 years working with skin, facial structure and the deeper mechanics of how the face ages. Following a personal healing journey to Thailand, where she trained with masters of Thai medical massage, she developed an exclusive method that goes beyond conventional facial massage and built a professional training course for therapists to become Masters in the DOMA Lift Ritual in one structured, teachable system.
Over a four day intensive course at DOMA’s Harley Street location, therapists will cover the four main pillars of the DOMA Lift Ritual method and graduate with an in depth anatomical and practical knowledge of the neck, scalp, lymphatic system, fascia and nervous system.
Lymphatic Drainage
Gentle, targeted lymphatic drainage sequences are taught to help reduce puffiness whilst preparing the tissues for deeper work.
Functional Anatomy & Fascial Release
Training focuses on functional anatomy and working with the fascial layer — the connective tissue that shapes the face and holds patterns of tension accumulated over time. Therapists work on fascial release techniques to restore tissue glide and understand the role of the extracellular matrix in facial lift and skin vitality.
Amatarot Tool Work
Inspired by a Thai massage technique called Amatarot, therapists practice using a specific tool to release restrictions, create space and encourage structural lift.
Deep Muscular Work
Deep muscular work restores definition and contour by reaching muscles that regular surface-level facial massage cannot access, helping to achieve a naturally lifted and sculpted appearance without the need for invasive procedures.
