New event Hair Live 2015 will bring industry icons to the northwest

New hair show ‘Hair Live 2015’ is set to bring the biggest names in hairdressing to Blackpool, with Simon Shaw, Patrick Cameron and Joseph Lanzante all lined up to dazzle the northwest.

Directhairbeauty owners Maria and Leroy Farmer masterminded the new event with an aim to inspire, educate and enthuse those in the northwest hair industry. Set for September 13, 2015, at the Village Herons Reach, Blackpool, the event will bring hair industry glamour back to an area that has lost many of the top ranking beauty shows it once hosted.

Barbering pro and Wahl artistic director, Simon Shaw and world-renowned hairdresser, Patrick Cameron will each host headline shows on the main stage, while acclaimed barber, Joseph Lanzante will perform on the event’s Inspire Stage along with experts from leading hair brands Goldwell, Wella and Indola.

Maria Farmer says: “We want Hair Live to become an annual event and have invested heavily in the 2015 show to help make this happen. We need the northwest hair and beauty industry to get behind it and help us continue to deliver vibrant, top-notch shows each year.”
