Rituals announces new MD and launches new store concept

Global beauty and lifestyle brand Rituals has launched a new 3.0 store concept offering its customers the ultimate relaxed shopping experience with three key London locations opening in St. Christopher’s Place, Westfield shopping centre and St Pancras International.
Designed as retail cocoons, the new stores feature raw elements and natural materials alongside the latest LED technology. The 3.0 store concept introduces customers to the brand’s broad product range, with over 400 products including body care, skin care, make-up and lifestyle accessories.
The news comes in tandem with the announcement of Penny Grivea as the brand’s new managing director for UK and Ireland. Grivea joins from Danish fine jewellers, Georg Jensen and has a background in the luxury retail sector including stints at Harrods and Selfridges. Her new role is to help reposition the brand and drive wholesale, retail and e-commerce business.
Of Ritual’s new retail concept, Grivea comments: “At Rituals we understand the wider importance of the shopping experience and the need for sanctuary from our daily busy lives. Our new 3.0 store concept offers a calming environment in which customers can relax, unwind and enjoy time out to experience their own ritual in our stores.”
