Salon Genius upgrades its beauty software offering
Salon Genius has upgraded its beauty software offering, enabling beauty salons and therapists to increase revenue, reduce costs and maximise their business while also ensuring they adhere to industry guidelines.
Innovative new features include contra-indication alerts – entered against a client record card, the alerts will flag up if the client tries to book an unsuitable appointment so therapists or receptionists can rearrange or even prevent them from booking. Elsewhere, skin testing reminders alert when a client’s skin test is due or about to expire, while maximum services per day information will protect therapists from fatigue and repetitive strain injury.
Other key features include the ability to book and track packages such as spa days and wedding packages; linking treatment courses to client accounts; remote sunbed control with T-max controllers; and room allocation technology that matches treatments to rooms with the necessary equipment for the ultimate in diary efficiency.
