Salon of the Year award winners revealed by the International Institute for Anti-Ageing
The International Institute for Anti-Ageing (Iiaa) recently celebrated the toast its UK and Ireland beauty and aesthetics salons, spas and clinics at its annual award ceremony.
Held at London’s prestigious Rosewood Hotel, it was hosted by TV presenter Anna Richardson and saw awards given to over 20 businesses, including the company’s most successful Advanced Nutrition Programme, Environ, and Jane Iredale stockists.
The evening’s most anticipated accolade for the Iiaa Salon of Excellence award is given to the salon that best embraces the Iiaa’s integrated skincare philosophy, advocating a combination of oral and topical approaches to maintain good skin, and this year went to Cheshire’s Leaf Lifestyle and Beauty.
Owner Fiona Southorn commented on her win: “It’s just an incredible reward for us and the team. We’ve worked very hard at getting a really experienced, strong and passionate team. They are all very enthusiastic about the products and we use the iiaa’s skin analysis and make-up events as well as our own workshops to engender the same feeling in our clients.”
A special recognition went to Highgate based Face It, which took home a Lifetime Achievement award having won the Environ Salon of the Year award for ten consecutive years.
Other winners included London’s Aesthetic Skin Clinic, who took home the prize for Advanced Nutrition Programme (UK), while the Irish winner was Monica Tolan’s Beauty Clinic in Co. Dublin.
