Barnes-based hairdressing salon Sinead Kelly London has won one of the industry’s most highly acclaimed prizes: the L’Oréal Colour Trophy 2016.

Its team was awarded at the competition’s glittering Grand Final on Monday night in front of an audience of industry insiders.

The salon’s winning look – an inky blue classic bob – wowed this year’s judging panel, which included the likes of Trevor Sorbe, Richard Ward, Charles Worthington and Adam Reed.

Urban Retreat London also scooped the L’Oréal Men’s Image Award while Peter Mark of Forest Side in Belfast was presented with the Mizani Afro Look Award and Grace Dalgleish of Brooks and Brooks in London received the Star Award.
