Woodlands Beauty Clinic celebrates 12 years in business

Leading South Liverpool beauty business, Woodlands Beauty Clinic is celebrating its 12-year anniversary this month. Founded in 2003 by director Alison Stananought, the clinic has become renowned across the northwest for delivering a range of holistic and beauty therapies, together with specialist aesthetic treatments.
“Over the past twelve years, we have made so many memories and enjoyed various business highlights,” said Stananought. In 2012 we were nominated for Best Beauty Clinic in the Liverpool Lifestyle Awards and we were also shortlisted as Best Clinic and Best Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner in the prestigious national Aesthetic Awards 2012/2013. As we were up against such high calibre entries, it was amazing to be applauded and recognised for what we do.We are also one of the first clinics in the country to be fully trained in and offer the PDO thread lift and we are still one of few salons that stocks prestigious skin-care brand Clarins.
“After establishing our prominence and becoming a destination of choice for people across the North West, it only felt right to give something back to the community. That’s why in 2011 we teamed up with Everton FC to showcase a monthly Soccer Spa event held at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital. The idea of the project is to provide relaxing services to both children and parents to help relieve stress and boost wellbeing.”
As part of on-going company developments, Woodlands Beauty Client is currently undergoing expansion plans, which will see the arrival of a double treatment room – ideal for couple massages and group packages such as hen party pampers.
Stananought added: “Our overall aim is to ensure that Woodlands continues to grow as a business and stays at the forefront of the beauty industry in Liverpool. Regardless of where the future takes us, our priority will always be to provide exceptional and friendly customer service, while catering for all beauty and aesthetic needs.”
