Bloom Group Leadership Team Gathers in Glasgow to Reinforce Their Brand Promise

The Bloom salon group – based in Aberdeen, Glasgow & London may have three salons that are geographically diverse, but they are bound together with a PROMISE to deliver GREAT HAIR. The BLOOM PROMISE, recently launched to all team members and thousands of loyal customers is the foundation of the group’s business success.

Launched in 2019 by Bloom founder Sheona Will, the salon group is headed up by Sheona alongside a team of partners, managers and lead role individuals who all contribute to driving the business forward. The leadership team includes Creative Lead JR Slane and Group Brand Lead Andrew Barton who is UK Creative Ambassador for Keune and boasts over three decades of hairdressing experience.

Gathering twice a year for a two-day meeting of minds, the Bloom leadership team unites on the business strategy, with a focus to power up the business for future success. The pillars of the BLOOM PROMISE underpin the strategy for the business including recruitment, team training, creative, client experience and the brand’s signature hair.
