Hairdressers take to their bikes for charity!

The annual Hair & Beauty Charity Bike Ride took on 100km in 30-degree heat in a bid to raise money for the industry charity.

The group of hair and beauty professionals cycled through the stunning scenery of Cyprus, taking in the landmarks and local refreshments along the way.

The group – many of whom had done the charity bike ride before – supported the new members of the group through the four-day trip. The Hair & Beauty Charity will use the money raised to help beneficiaries across the UK.

One the cyclists Anne Veck said: “Riding 100km for the Hair & Beauty Charity is an absolute blast! The group is incredible, the challenge is exhilarating, the location is stunning and it’s all for an amazing cause.

“People often ask me why I’d do something so crazy – my answer? Because I can. I’m doing it for those who can’t, whether it’s due to health issues or simply a lack of mental capacity. Let’s show kindness and support to everyone, no ma]er their circumstances.”
