New brand, Toppers® Universal Top Coats® launches this season to an excited and responsive audience from the industry. Suzanne from The Nail House in Northamptonshire says, ‘I’ve not seen anything like this before. It’s definitely a game-changer and I can’t wait to be a part of it.’
The founders of Toppers® were already brand distributors for a household and professional nail brand when the idea for Toppers® came to director, Michaela in the early hours of one morning. ‘Isn’t that when most ideas are born?’ she laughs. ‘I’d been speaking with nail techs during the week, and there was a common theme to a lot of their feedback. They were feeling under pressure to continuously expand their collections of polishes, adding more colours, glitters and different finishes,’ says Michaela. ‘With glitters and polka dots, nail salons are needing to stock literally hundreds of different polishes. These products don’t have indefinite shelf lives, and it’s also expensive. Toppers® solves these problems.’ With a degree in Chemical Engineering, Michaela worked with the manufacturers tirelessly to develop the unique formula for Toppers® that makes it universal and work with any brand. ‘It means that professionals can concentrate on the core colours from their favourite brand, and multiply the finishes with the glitters and polka dots from Toppers®,’ she explains.
Toppers® brand is Universal Top Coat® soak off gel polish, and it is registered with the Vegan Society. Each Toppers® top coat will transform every colour into a different finish. This promises to add a WOW factor for clients, and also means that the number of manicures that can be achieved are multiplied. The concept of Toppers® has hit the nail industry by storm with a host of top industry bloggers and vloggers signed up, a team of ambassadors, and industry professionals all supporting the Toppers® launch. ‘We are so excited to be offering the nail industry Toppers®,’ says Michaela, ‘we believe that it will give businesses a competitive edge and something really different to offer clients, so that the clients leave with amazing manicures and feeling on top of the World!’
