Salon System hosts first brand educator conference
Salon System recently held its first ever brand educator conference, brining together Training Solutions educators, Salon System’s exclusive appointed and approved training provider, from across the country to London’s Renaissance Hotel in Heathrow.
The one-day conference served to deliver brand awareness and source feedback from the educators, as well as celebrating their commitment to Salon System. Kathy Holroyd, marketing director at Salon System, welcomed attendees and introduced the team that work across marketing, PR and NPD. With a heritage of 35 years, a mini film was shown that showcased the brand’s history, growth and milestones, with a particular focus on the past five years, which has seen Salon System undergo a significant refresh of the brand and innovative launches across the three core categories: nails, lashes and wax.
Next, an interactive feedback workshop split educators into groups to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the brand, training and support, which was then fed back to the Salon System team. Finally, the three Salon System brand ambassadors, Lisa Stone, Rachel Gribble and Ruth Atkins, led breakout sessions on the core categories, with a re-cap of each sub-brand and the newest launches.
Holroyd commented on the conference: “Education is the backbone of the brand and we have an amazing team that delivers our training course across the UK provided by Training Solutions, our exclusively appointed training provider. The conference allowed us to reflect on the educators’ role within the company, as well as listening to them directly, to find out how we can better support them to provide the most effective training. It’s also important to have everyone together in one room and celebrate their hard work and contribution to the brand’s success.”
Training courses available nationwide.
