The Fellowship For British Hairdressing Partner with Innersense Organic Beauty
The Fellowship of British Hairdressing is delighted to announce their latest partnership with Innersense Organic Beauty. Innersense is a clean, high-performance wellness system that restores the highest health and harmony for your hair – from scalp to root.
As a brand partner, Innersense will be hosting two Hair & Visions in Edinburgh and London – following on from the success of their previous events in partnership with the Fellowship in London and Glasgow at the end of last year. Innersense will also be presenting on the Fellowship stage at HAIRCON where they will be showcasing their innovative products, alongside their top artists who will be demonstrating the latest trends and techniques.
The Fellowship has also announced that Innersense will be collaborating on the next Fellowship Finishing School at the Fellowship Three Star Centre of Excellence in West Suffolk College. The Finishing School enhances the commercial awareness and employability of hairdressers and barbers – developing their practical skills and bridging the gap between training and the demands of the industry.
Barry Stephens, CEO of the Fellowship for British Hairdressing said: “Our Partnership with Innersense and more importantly Lea and Petteri continues to grow from strength to strength. In addition to their fantastic support in 2024, following a presentation to the Company Founders Greg and Joanne Starkman.”
Innersense will be joining the Fellowship for their next Finishing School from Monday 19th of May 2025 – Friday 23rd of May 2025 at West Suffolk College in Bury St Edmunds, where they will be delivering their unique insight into Colour Techniques.
The week will boost the student’s confidence, whilst honing on developing their skill set with sessions and demonstrations that cover a wide range of topics – including employability, interview techniques and social media skills, alongside more practical skills, such as precision cutting, colour techniques and barbering technical cuts.
Simon Shaw (Head of Education at the Fellowship), Dean Gleeson (Project Men & Media Leader), Petteri Rantaeilola (Innersense UK/EU Education Manager), James Parr (Wahl UK Styling Ambassador) and many more will be in attendance.
Barry Stephens adds: “The Finishing School led by Simon Shaw our Head of Education is the jewel in the Fellowship’s education crown and will be taking place at our Centre of Excellence at West Suffolk College. Innersense will be hosting two Hair & Vision events this year, with the first being at the Sky Bar in Edinburgh on the 12 May and second at Sta Studios, London on the 13 September. We’re looking forward to another creative extravaganza in collaboration with Lea, Petteri, and their team this year.”
The announcement of the Fellowship’s partnership with Innersense for their next Finishing School comes as the same time as Marnie Williams joining the Fellowship’s Executive Board as the Head of Further Education and Centres of Excellence – an exciting period of transition for the Fellowship’s commitment to nurturing and developing the next generation of talent.
Marnie Williams said: “I am delighted that we have sponsorship and technical support form Innersense, their support enables us to build knowledge and practical skills for our students. This helps to develop students’ broader awareness of manufacturers, the products available to them and the support offered to professionals that continues into their working careers and lifelong learning goals. Staff and students are very much looking forward to the day of training, working with different products and learning new skills. It will be an exciting day, and we very much look forward to meeting the team!”
Petteri Ranta Eilola, UK/EU Education Manager at Innersense said: “We’re honoured to be part of the Fellowship community—the heart of British hairdressing excellence. At Innersense Organic Beauty, our mission is to offer salon-first clean beauty and education that bridges the gap between texture-focused techniques and traditional hairdressing, including colour and styling. We’re deeply grateful for the thoughtful feedback we’ve received at our events so far, and we look forward to connecting with more hairdressers seeking a cleaner, more conscious alternative to conventional products—and a fresh, inclusive approach to education.
Lea Vujnovic, Director of International Business at Innersense added: “Partnering with the Fellowship for British Hairdressing is a powerful alignment of values and vision. At Innersense Organic Beauty, we believe in elevating the craft through clean, professional-grade products and progressive education. This collaboration allows us to support and inspire stylists who are passionate about artistry, sustainability, and embracing every hair texture with intention and care. We’re excited to help shape a more conscious future for hairdressing, together.”
