REVLON PROFESSIONAL accelerates into 2023 with its annual conference and awards

Revlon Professional® brought together its team and impressive portfolio of clients this January at its Annual Conference and Awards. The conference, held at the Revlon headquarters of Greater London House in Camden was a chance to catch up and come together in person. An introduction and an inspirational talk from Alan Chambers MBE was followed by hot off the press trends, colours, new products and Revlon Professional’s vision for this year and beyond.

As the first day drew to a close, attendees made their way to AMANO Hotel, the first international hotel from Berlin-based hotelier AMANO group and the ideal location for a glamorous awards evening.

The evening kicked off with a drinks reception, followed by a presentation from Matt Horder, General Manager of Revlon Professional® UK & Ireland, and an appearance from Revlon Professional® PR, Julie Bellinger-Gibb, who shared her colourful career story. Brand Master and Educator for Revlon Professional Karen Thomas introduced Revlon Professional® Global Ambassador Mark Leeson to the stage, who then welcomed the Revlon Professional® Visionaries team 2022 to showcase their work with a line-up of fabulous models.

The much-anticipated Accelerate Awards, including titles for Newcomer of the Year and Team of the Year, were presented to Revlon’s standout stars, then winners and onlookers alike made their way to the hotel’s Penelope’s restaurant for an Asian-influenced menu. Delegates finished off their evening with an afterparty overlooking the city skyscape on the roof-top terrace.

The attendees met back at HQ the next morning for a marketing catch up featuring a review of 2022 launches, plus a sneak preview of what 2023 has in store, and the launch of Revlon Manifesto – 5 Steps to Salon Success.

Matt Horder, General Manager of Revlon Professional®, UK & Ireland commented: “I always look forward to this event and this year exceeded all expectations. It was a truly fantastic way to start 2023 and salute those who have broken new ground throughout 2022. It’s an honour to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our team and allow the stars of the future to shine so formidably.
