London’s leading freelance space for creatives is introducing a new rental framework – Stā Residency. Evolving beyond the existing hourly rental model, Stā Residency will be a monthly rental option. This shift is tailored for freelancers in search of a new, flexible and stable place to enjoy and expand their business.
Stā Residency is designed to provide another way for creatives to utilise Stā Studios. They’re not just a workspace, but a creative home. The residency provides monthly rental options, allowing members to establish a more permanent, personal workspace. Each resident is allocated a specific area within Stā Studios, ensuring consistency and the freedom to establish their workspace.

Prices start from £1750 + vat per month (£87.50 per day on a 20-day working month). Minimum 1 month. rolling contract, with one month’s notice to be given.
