Ensuring the next generation of therapists can ‘wax with confidence’

There is no question that waxing is indeed a skill and a treatment where clients put a great deal of trust in the talented hands of those performing the procedure. It stands to reason that those learning their craft would want to learn from the best and ensure that they can ‘wax with confidence’! So this summer, HIVE® have launched their Introduction to Waxing course, with bookings being taken NOW. 

HIVE® have teamed up with The Beauty Team to provide the ultimate entry point for anybody looking to move into the wonderful world of waxing, whether it is someone looking to change career, qualified therapists wishing to expand their repertoire, those looking for a refresher course or beauty students looking to gain additional knowledge and advantage as they seek to begin their career in the best possible way.

Those attending the HIVE® Introduction to Waxing course can look forward to a combination of both theory and practical learning covering areas such as: 

· Bikini, Leg & Arm Waxing Procedures & Techniques · Health & Safety · Client Care · Sterilization, Disinfection & Sanitation · Contraindications 

The course comprises of one day practical assessment followed by assessed case studies and costs only £120 per student. Once completed students will achieve an ABT (Associated Beauty Therapists) accredited certificate, enabling them gain insurance and perform treatments.
